Partner and Managing Director

Polly is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the design and branding industry. Prior to Pollitt & Partners, she successfully ran her own award-winning marketing and communications agency. Since joining our team in 2014 as part of the Senior Management Team, Polly has made significant contributions across Client Services and Business Development. Currently serving as the Managing Director, she steers the agency’s direction and diversification, while also focussing on growing our profile, with a strong eye on the future.

Polly’s expertise in strategic planning, commerciality, design, and branding allows her to push boundaries and exceed expectations. She is actively involved in client work, serving as a Lead Client Partner for multiple accounts.

Polly is not only a business leader but also a mentor to female business owners. Her commitment to personal and professional growth is evident and most recently she has featured in the podcast ‘From the Career Couch – What Does Courage at Work Look Like?’ and contributed to the book with the same title by Susie Lawrence.

Polly’s extensive experience includes working with national and international blue-chip and FTSE 100 clients, building strong relationships at senior and C-suite levels and creating teams who are extensions of the clients, ensuring strong collaboration and teamwork.

Her notable projects range from rolling out 3 Mobile retail in the UK and Ireland to delivering the Landsec rebrand. Some of the renowned brands she has collaborated with include Disney, Guide Dogs, BT, Mölnlycke and Finchatton.

Outside of work, Polly enjoys interior design, both on her own projects and for friends and family, but her best past time is spending time with her daughter, Iris.
