Pollitt & Partners designs brand and website for Valouran, a new global expert in property

Valouran, a new pioneering property developer and placemaker founded by Alex Michelin and Matthew Robertson, has recently launched with a new brand and website designed by Pollitt & Partners.

A perfect marriage of design passion and property experience, Valouran is a new placemaking and property developer, delivering the very best in luxury and super-prime residential, in locations including Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Queensway.

Our initial work for Valouran has encompassed branding, identity and digital design, including website UX, design and build.

The identity has been developed to exude classic gravitas with a contemporary twist, with bespoke details in the logotype and a colour palette of deep rich blues, lighter warm creams and greys.

The website heavily features video and animation and employs intuitive design based on UX research and principles designed to create a seamless, frictionless experience, increase dwell time and promote exploration across the site.

As part of our UX remit, we worked through site maps and built a working prototype to stress test and answer potential user questions and pain points. We then did an extensive test and training briefing with in-house staff, to build knowledge around the CMS an ensure the site can be updated and maintained by the marketing team.
