Vidavii

Vidavii is about feeling good. This technology-based health circuit, combines a range of therapies including cryo, lymphatic drainage and light therapy to boost and rejuvenate health and wellbeing. A brand built on invigoration needed a name and visual identity to evoke the vitality enhancing experience.

The bold ambition

How did we create a new brand that evokes positive lifestyle, health, science and technology, and communicates a combination of cutting-edge treatments that deliver outsized health benefits?

A name was also needed – one that expresses both the energy and vitality felt after taking part in the treatment, with a life-assuring sense of positivity and longevity.

Meet Vidavii!

 

The big ideas

Both our client and strategist Diane Perlman from Branding Matters had a clear vision and set of goals we needed to achieve. Namely that the treatment unlocks an inner feeling. The name was chosen from a long list of potential options we created. Vidavii is an inclusive name that literally means ‘life x life’ – or life multiplied. Not only is it the name of the brand and process, but through copywriting Vidavii can be expressed as a new state of being, or an energy that can be unlocked through the circuit.

The mark was inspired by what we called ‘The Joy’ – the universal, arms outstretched gesture that’s a symbol of energy, achievement and success across the globe. This also neatly represented the 4 stages of the Vidavii circuit – scan, breath, squeeze and freeze. Three of the elements in the logo were fluidly linked to express the joined up nature of the process.

Photography and image treatment through colour and digital effects added a contemporary sense of energy and vitality.

Positive and inclusive, the mark was inspired by the universal, ‘arms outstretched’ gesture that’s a symbol of energy, achievement and celebration worldwide. This tied neatly into the 4 stages of the Vidavii circuit – scan, breath, squeeze and freeze. Three elements in the logo were fluidly linked to show the combination of therapies.

The name was created and translates literally as ‘life x life’: fun, friendly and perfect for the energising and invigorating feeling the therapy generates. Vidavii can also be expressed as a new state of being, ready to be unlocked.

Inclusive brand imagery often captures the sense of positivity and enjoyment, and uses the same gestures that inspired the logo. This can be treated with a repeated ‘vibration’ effect, to capture a sense of newfound energy emitting from the body.

Digital applications include launch website, social media templates and iconography.
