Mandeville Residences is the vision of developer Pitalia, bringing a new level of luxury apartments to this historic corner of Marylebone. We were tasked with naming, branding and roll out for these landmark residences.

Devoted to Distinction

A brand idea of “Devoted to Distinction’ was created to highlight that every single aspect of the development was of the highest quality, from materials, architecture and sensitivity to the reimagining of the building.

A logo was created to reference the keystone and arches above the windows on the façade while creating an ‘M’ motif to reflect the building name.
