essensys is a leading global software and technology company. They came to Pollitt & Partners looking for a rebrand and new website that would cement their place as a tech leader in the world of real estate infrastructure.

The ambition

Tech leader essensys came to Pollitt & Partners looking for a complete website UX and design overhaul and rebrand. The purpose being to position essensys in a more confident, easier to understand and more engaging way for their customers and potential customers.

The new brand needed to signal to the city that essensys was cementing itself as a credible and innovative global software and technology company within the commercial real estate sector.

 

The ideas

Following workshops with key stakeholders in the business, we looked at developing a digital first brand, built around the idea of ‘the intelligent digital backbone for commercial real estate’.

We created a brighter and more vibrant colour pallet based on core colours and developed a photography style with a strong vertical direction and symmetry to bring the ‘the intelligent backbone’ concept to life.

The team also worked with illustrator Ihor Hedz to create dynamic and engaging illustrations to help convey the complex nature of the essensys offering. These illustrations are featured across the website and aim to give the essensys team a broader toolkit to bring ideas to life.

Working with the team at essensys we looked at giving the brand a digital first look and feel to bring it up to date that’s more confident, simple in its proposition and engaging for their customers.

We refined core elements of the brand to create a more assured brand identity. Creating a brighter and more vibrant colour palette and developing a photography style with a strong vertical direction and symmetry to bring the ‘intelligent backbone’ concept to life.
