The ambition
LBS came to Pollitt & Partners with a new luxury residential development in the heart of King’s Cross, boasting a wonderful neighbourhood and excellent connectivity. The challenge was to develop a new brand that took an unconventional and different approach compared to other property developments at the time.
The ideas
Taking inspiration from the building’s design and location, which is deeply rooted in the industrial and railway heritage of the local area, we looked at how the past could help shape its contemporary future as an approach for the brand.
A brand idea of ‘Made of King’s Cross’ was developed to fully incorporate the history and humanity into the brand and campaign assets.
